As soon as you make your reservation, we will send you a confirmation email that includes all the information you need to cancel or change it or address any other issues that may arise.

As early as you have your travel plans, no reservation is too early. You must reserve by telephone or WhatsApp if your pick-up is within 24 hours. 

We offer discounts for early bookings and special occasions. Visit our social networks and website for current promotions.

We’ll send you a confirmation email with all the information you need about your arrival and pick-up. The email also includes our contact phone number and other helpful information.

If you booked a shared shuttle, you will share the vehicle with other passengers heading to the same destination. If you booked a private transfer, then you will have a vehicle exclusively for you and your group.

If you arrive on an international flight, please proceed through Customs and look for our NuaExpres booth in the Arrivals area. For domestic flights, you can also find our NuaExpres booth in the Arrivals area.

In Mexico, it’s customary to tip service personnel. You can tip your driver according to your preference

The limit depends on the type of service provided:

Shared shuttle – 1 medium suitcase maximum

Private transfer – 7 medium suitcases maximum

Luxury transfer – 5 medium suitcases maximum

Group transfer – 16 medium suitcases maximum

Don’t worry. We track your flight and will wait 120 minutes after arrival for international flights and 90 minutes for domestic flights. If something unexpected happens and you need more time, contact our service center by telephone or WhatsApp.
